The RP series hydraulic rolling machines are equipped with two rolling spindles, with one moving head.
The machine can be controlled by means of the PLC or of the CNC and have powers, ranging from 10 to 150 tons; they have been developed to allow fast and precise plunge rolling operations or thru-feed rolling operations. These machines are perfectly suitable for all types of threading on cylindrical materials (ISO, ACME, TPN, WORM SCREWS,etc.).
The RP series may be used for straightening operations (ex.: valves, shafts, etc.).
